Transportation 101 Presentation

An information session, sponsored by Senator Tonya Schuitmaker and Representative Margaret O’Brien, will be held November 6 from 6:00 – 7:30 p.m. at the KVCC The Groves, 7107 Elm Valley Drive in Kalamazoo.  The session will focus on understanding infrastructure funding, condition of Kalamazoo county roads, and how agencies address efficiency and necessary investment for the future.  Speakers to include Representative Joseph Haveman, Pete Pfeiffer (MDOT), Chris Barnes (City of Portage), Fred Nagler (City of Kalamazoo), and Joanna Johnson (Kalamazoo County Road Commission.  Transportation 101 Meeting
