At the April 29, 2015, KATS Policy Committee meeting, presentations were given by Polly Kent, Administrator of the Intermodal Policy Division for the Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT), and Joanna I. Johnson, Managing Director for the Road Commission of Kalamazoo County (RCKC), regarding the May 5 Michigan Ballot Measure Proposal 1.
