This is the KATS Surface Transportation Program (STP), National Highway Performance Program (NHPP), Congestion Mitigation and Air Quality (CMAQ), and Transportation Alternatives Program (TAP) call for projects for the development of the FY 2020-2023 Transportation Improvement Program. The deadline for submission is November 2, 2018.
Funding projections per year for FY 2021, 2022, and 2023 are:
Surface Transportation Program (STP): $3,089,067
National Highway Performance Program (NHPP): $513,154
Congestion Mitigation and Air Quality (CMAQ): $505,299
Transportation Alternatives Program (TAP): $259,913
Due to the lack of a federal transportation bill past FY 2020, these amounts are only estimates. Funding levels will likely change when a new bill is passed.
