The Unified Planning Work Program (UPWP) is an annual document identifying the planning priorities and activities to be carried out within the KATS metropolitan planning area. The draft FY 2020 Unified Planning Work Program is now available for public comment through May 17, 2019. Comments may be submitted to KATS Offices, 5220 Lovers Lane, Suite 110, Portage, MI 49002 or emailed to sstepek@katsmpo.org.
