The Kalamazoo Area Transportation participated in a nine county non-motorized planning project sponsored by the Michigan Department of Transportation. That plan can be found here: Southwest Michigan Non-Motorized Transportation Plan.
As part of the KATS 2050 Metropolitan Transportation Plan, a Non-Motorized Chapter was included.
