RFP Question Responses

No questions have been asked that change the scope of this RFP.

Question: There is no mention of a provision for expansion of the system going forward.  Can you speak to whether this specification will require expansion for future growth of your organization?

Response: It is not necessary to include a provision to expand the phone system.  Our staff levels have either been at current levels or lower.

Question: There is also a reference to your NT 4.9 server.  You are likely aware that this version of the Microsoft operating system is well out of support.  Would the organization be considering a replacement for this system?

Response: Our funding and budget have been approved specifically for a new phone and communication system.  So, additional solutions would be considered outside the scope of this RFP.  The inclusion of our server information was because the RFP  referenced included server specifications.
