Request for Proposals

The Kalamazoo Area Transportation Study (KATS) is seeking consultant support to provide professional planning services to develop an integrated Pedestrian, Greenway, and Transit Plan for the entire Metropolitan Planning Area. Primary tasks and deliverables to be performed by the consultant shall include, but are not limited to: existing inventory collection; GIS mapping; data collection and analysis; extensive public and stakeholder outreach; identification of potential greenways; and a prioritized project listing.This solicitation is a continuation of the recently adopted 2045 Metropolitan Transportation Plan which looked extensively at non-motorized travel options.
