At the December 21 Policy Committee Meeting, Eric Mullen from the Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) presented An Introduction to Federal Aid. This presentation is available at the following link: Introduction to Federal Aid.Eric has been with the MDOT for 16 years. For twelve years Eric was the department’s Federal Revenue Specialist. During this time, Eric was appointed as the project manager of the ESTIP program. A year ago Eric became the supervisor of the Statewide Program Coordination Unit which oversees the development of the State of Michigan 5 Year Transportation Program and the Statewide Transportation Improvement Program. Eric has a B.S. in Urban and Regional Planning from MSU.
