The Unified Planning Work Program (UPWP) is an annual document identifying the planning priorities and activities to be carried out within the KATS metropolitan planning area. The FY21 UPWP DRAFT is now available for public comment through May 6, 2020. Comments may be submitted to KATS email at sstepek@katsmpo.org.
